On March 24th (9 am-1 pm at Fluff again consignment) and April 21st (11am), 2012 Addicted to Fluff and Top to Bottom baby have joined forces to Bring The Great Cloth Diaper Change to Omaha, Nebraska!

Will there be Fluff you ask? YES!

Will there be Fun you ask? YES!

Will there be snakes you ask? No! Well we hope not! =)

What is the Great Cloth Diaper change? Well I am So glad you aksed!

• History: Judy Aagard’s desire to celebrate Earth Day by hosting a family event for the Tiny Tots community quickly morphed into a dream to set a Guinness World Record for the most cloth diapers changed simultaneously. Shortly thereafter, The Great Cloth Diaper ChangeSM 2011 was conceived and organized by a small group of cloth diaper enthusiasts that were eager to demonstrate that cloth diapers are a real option for today’s families.

The initial plan was to develop an infrastructure for any cloth diapering fan in North America to be able to get involved in, either as a participant or an organizer. Word quickly traveled across the oceans and it was soon evident that cloth diapering has a formidable following not just in North America but around the world. Several countries hosted GCDC 2011 locations even though for some it meant getting up in the middle of the night to do so.

2011: A Guinness World Record was set for the most cloth diapers changed simultaneously with 5,026 participants at 127 locations in 5 countries. The total number of participating hosts (not all qualified for the GWR) reporting were 203 with 6,363 participants from 10 countries! $5,167 was donated to the Real Diaper Association.

2012: We’re looking forward to breaking the records that were set in 2011 on Saturday, April 21, 2012! The Great Cloth Diaper Change will be the grand finale of the International Cloth Diaper Awareness Week, April 16 to 21, 2012.

FLUFF AGAIN

On March 24, 2012 Addicted to Fluff will be at Fluff Again, Omaha's Largest Consignment Sale for Gently Loved Fluff which is run by Top to Bottom Baby! We will not only have a sign up booth for The Great Cloth Diaper Change, but also be representing The Cloth Cooperative where you can donate, and get more information on who we are and what we do.

Cloth Cooperative Raffle Fundraiser !

The Cloth Cooperative is in need of some donations to help start a new program. We want to start a new born diaper rental program (logistics still in the works) And need some revenue to help cover shipping cost and to get some custom sew on labels for donated diapers.
Addicted to Fluff will be holding a Raffle (hope to start mid jan or sooner) Where you can get "tickets" to up your chances to win donated items.

We are currently in search of said Donated items =) Diapers, home made items, non-baby related, or pretty much anything lol, From businesses or personal donors. They will be shipped from Donor to winners directly. Each donated Item Automatically gets you 5 "tickets" for a chance to win a different item in the raffle, Or you can donate your tickets back to the Cloth Cooperative.
Each donated Dollar gets you 1 "ticket" in the drawling
Every $10 donated gets you an extra 3 free "tickets"

Hey retailers!

Once a week randomly I will post a status for someone to nominate you (or you nominate you). Have your fans comment on that status to be nominated. All Retailers of the week will be Random.org chosen on Sunday nights and from Monday to Sunday will have First Shout outs morning and night times, at LEAST 1 page share a day, and a Blog entry all about your shop!

Retailers Must have something to do with babies. Either Diapers, wipes, soaps, toys, etc etc.
And your fans Must like my page (and stay liked) for their nomination to Qualify. The more fans you have comment the more Chance you have to be the winner.
